This thoughtfully designed property is one of the very few villas on Grenada which is actually on a sandy beach – hence the name of the villa. Just 50 yards from the blue waters of Prickly Bay, the villa has three air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms and a lovely open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. The villa is very well equipped and all the rooms are furnished in a bright Caribbean style. Beach Villa was designed and built by an English couple whose house shares the grounds with Beach Villa. Their lovely large pool is for the exclusive use of guests even when they are in residence. This is a perfect villa for families or friends within a short stroll of the lovely beach as well as several restaurants, including the famous Gary Rhodes restaurant just two minutes' stroll along the beach
